Payment

➸ I only take Paypal and Cashapp as a payment method.
➸ I won't let you pay up front if you don't want to. Instead, I will request payment once I am finishing the sketch. I wont send the sketch until payment is received.
➸ If you chargeback, you will be blacklisted. You're commission positions will be used for something different so my time isn't fully wasted.
➸ I don't do refunds!!

General

➸ Turn around time can range from a few hours to a few weeks at most. If you need the art sooner, I will require a rush fee of 5 dollars!
➸ I have the right to post (and not post) your commission. If you wish to remain anonymous, I wont include your username.
➸ Do not remove my watermark!!
➸ Feel free to message me regarding your commission at anytime.
➸ Do not trace my art an reupload, saying its "your art".. I hate this shit.
➸ Do not use my art for NFT or Ai purposes.
➸ You may use my art for your personal décor such as framing it on your wall, putting the art on a mug etc. As long as my watermark is still visible and I am credited.
➸ There may be times where my watermark changes. If you have any questions about if an art piece is mine, feel free to ask!
➸ You may not resell my artwork by itself or claim as your own.
➸ I will gladly make TINY changes to the commission at anytime after completion, as long as I still have its file.

1. kuymniarchive/pupmochi (toyhouse)- Argues with others that have similar colors to their designs or similar designs to their own. I may be on their blacklist because I was "harassing" them for defending someone who was being harassed by them first. Stupid teenage drama.
2. beepbonkers (twitter/X) by their name "its illegal to be straight." I rather not interact with them.
3. transdragonite (twitter/X) for harassment and discrimination of my sexuality because I said I didn't donate the money I made from a Pride YCH I was offering. I said some nasty things but so did they.
4. maws.guru (bluesky) for their quote "..make bluesky cisphobic again."
5. queerhorse (bluesky) for their quote "fuck cis people fr fr"
6. AcesofStars (toyhouse) for putting people on their blacklist for ridiculous reasons.

10. Twigthedeer/computer cream3557 (Discord/Bluesky/other places) is an ex of mine. Very narcissistic, toxic, cocky and treats his partner like garbage (too) but thats none of my business anymore.

Adoptable TOS

➸ Do not sell a character for more then what you purchased for UNLESS there are new art pieces attached to them. (This doesn't mean making art, changing its design and reselling it. I will blacklist you.)
➸ Payment is required up front. I will not send you the character until I received the full payment.
➸ Do not copy any character I advertise!
➸ Nobody owns color schemes. Stop the drama and fighting, kids.
➸ You don't need to tell me you resold a character. Once you buy a character, its yours. Please follow number 1.
➸ You are not to change the character to the point where its unrecognizable.
